The 23 year old moved out to L.A in 2016 from his hometown in the Bay Area. He pulls his influence from great’s like Marvin Gaye & Amy Winehouse, and shows remnants of Justin Timberlake in his falsetto. Although Zak started off rapping, he’s developed his own recognizable style of singing. Born a 90’s baby, he carries a voice for the younger generations of our time. However, he speaks for a universal audience when he discusses his specific journey. Since moving to L.A, the young artist has linked up with Billboard Top 10 Producers like Nate “Impact” Jolley and assembled his debut Album. In 2018, Zak is prepared to tour the nation with a live band to promote this latest body of work titled “It Gets Better”.
